Greenbank RSL is pleased to introduce CARD IT onto our Strip Gaming Floor.

What is CARD-IT?

Card IT is a safe and convenient way for our members and their guests to collect and move their money around while on the gaming floor. Simply put your membership or visitor card in the machine and play as normal. When you are ready to move on press collect and take your membership card to the next machine you want to play. When you’re ready to collect your cash simply take your card to the cashier and ask for either a partial or full payout of the amount on the card.

HOW DO I USE IT?
Just put your membership or visitor card in the machine and play as normal.  When you are ready to move on press collect and take your membership card to the next machine you want to play.  When inserted the money on your card will drop down onto the machine automatically up to an amount of $199.99.

HOW DO I GET MY CASH?
Simply take your membership card to the cashier and ask for either a partial or full payout of the amount on the card.

DO I NEED TO USE A CARD TO PLAY ON THE GAMING MACHINES AT GREENBANK RSL?
No, you can still play our gaming machines as normal and our friendly staff will bring your payouts to you.

HOW MUCH CAN MY CARD HOLD?
A membership card can hold up to $10,000 while a visitor card can hold up to $5,000.

HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I TRANSFER FROM MY CARD ONTO A GAMING MACHINE?
An amount up to $199.99 will automatically transfer from your membership card onto the machine you are playing.  The remainder of your funds will remain on your membership card.

CAN MY PARTNER USE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?
No, Greenbank RSL membership cards are non-transferrable and doing so would be considered a breach of our Terms and Conditions.

CAN I KEEP MY VISITOR CARD?
Yes, you’re welcome to keep the same visitor card however it will deactivate after 48 hours, we recommend you use your membership card.

WILL I LOSE MY MONEY IF MY CARD IS DEACTIVATED?
No, simply bring your membership card to the cashier who will reactivate your card and pay out any money owed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY CARD?
It is your responsibility to keep your membership or visitor card safe, we recommend that all members change their PIN to keep their funds safe.  Greenbank RSL accepts no liability for lost or stolen cards.

HOW DO I SET A PIN ON MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?
Your default PIN is the last 4 digits of your membership number, you can change this by swiping your card at the kiosk on the gaming floor or asking one of our friendly staff for assistance.

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO ENTER MY PIN ON THE GAMING MACHINES?
You will need to enter your PIN for your membership card after any 5 minute period of inactivity. This is a security feature to protect your funds if your membership card is lost or stolen.
